Poor design

The mounting tabs for the head lamp grills, are not properly aligned so the mesh will be vertical and horizontal, like the mesh for the turn signal lams, and rear lamps. A little more attention to detail when being manufactured would have solved this.

Terrible to install

I purchased this kit for a 1980 CJ7. What should have been an easy 15 minute install job was stretched out to an hour and a half due to a poor design on the manufacturer's part. Each and every mounting flange on each piece had to be bent and/or adjusted to make it work. Additional hardware (which was not supplied) was required on some of the lights. Plus, the grid on the two headlight guards is not straight with the mounting tabs, so the grid is at an angle instead of being straight up and down and side to side. I just realized that there is another set that is sold on this website that costs twice as much. Maybe it actually fits. I don't understand why it is so difficult to engineer a part to have 4 holes line up with 4 screws on the flat surface of a taillight. Morris should remove this set from their website.
