Cleaners, Lubricants, Grease

Engine cleaners and lubricants help to keep your Jeep’s engine in good working order. If any dirt or mud gets into the engine, it may cause irreparable damage. Jeepers are known to go mudding and trailing where dust and grime is likely to get on or around the engine bay. Avoid any possible engine damage by using the right engine cleaners and lubricants available here.

Before using an engine cleaning agent, first clean off any excess dirt or mud with a hose (be sure to let the engine cool thoroughly, first).

Engine Degreaser

Let’s face it, somewhere, sometime, your engine is going to leak. Especially on high mileage vehicles. It’s typically caused from a gasket that has just given up and gone bad. The valve cover gaskets are usually the first to go, then sometimes the oil pan gasket goes. Or one of the many seals - such as the rear crank seal, front crank seal, etc., starts to give you trouble. All of these can seep oil and the next thing you know, it’s all over your Jeep and the underside of the engine.

Sure, you’ll eventually fix it. But why not clean the engine off first? The MOPAR Engine Degreaser is designed to penetrate and dissolve oil and grease. And it’s safe to use on rubber parts such as hoses, and electrical wiring too.

Even if you don't have a leak just yet, having a can in the garage can be handy. There’s no telling what you might run into with your Jeep, and this tough cleaner might just be the only help you’ve got to removing a stubborn grease or oil deposits on your Jeep’s undercarriage.

Fuel System Cleaner

Using a fuel system cleaner will help to restore fuel economy by cleaning injectors, carburetors, and more. Not only will you enhance fuel economy, you can also increase horsepower, prevent stalling, and stabilize fuel when the Jeep is not in use for long periods of time. Most are good for use in 2 and 4 cycle engines, including diesel, biofuel, or ethanol blend engines. Just make sure you read the labeling for exceptions.

With regular maintenance, you can add years to the life of your Jeep or truck. These products are a good place to start.
