Chrysler Set to Show Off Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper at 2012 Sema

The Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper is one of 24 Chrysler vehicles to hit SEMA 2012. Chrysler is hoping to make a splash with their new modified toys. The Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper model will be showcased with an updated 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine that produces 375 pony's and 410 lb-ft of torque. In addition, the Sand Trooper will also feature some Mopar accessories such as, LED off-road lights, skid plate, rock rails, warn winch, Mopar prototype CB radio, rear-view camera, hood lock, and a locking trail-side winch kit. The exterior color is a dune matte tan, complete with black accents on the Jeep body including the wheels with matte black, tail lamp guards, grille, fuel-filler door and more. The ground clearance capability has been increased by 5-inch and is also equipped with a full-length under-body skid plate prototype to protect the exposed undercarriage. I can’t wait to get my hands on some detailed pictures.
