Reports reveal that it hugs curbs and handles like a dream so well that you'll forget you're in an SUV. The 6.4L 8 cylinder Hemi engine produces 13/19 mpg, goes from 0-60 in 4.6 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 157mph. Not bad, considering it weighs 5,300 lbs. You can hear the purr of the engine as it rounds corners, and enjoy a few still shots of the 2017 Grand Cherokee SRT in the footage. Or you can have a look below!
We are looking forward to seeing the latest version of the SRT Grand Cherokee when it hits next year's auto shows and are always up for a short performance viewing whenever possible. The Grand Cherokee has been experiencing a surge in popularity (despite the recent shifter issues), especially with this year's release of the Trailhawk and Summit. We wonder how it compares to the Orange Fury... For those Jeep "purists" who think of Grand Cherokees as "grocery getters" and "mall crawlers," these trims are highly capable with the performance stats to match. What do you think of the footage?
