More than 30 1941-64 Jeep Willys will be displayed at the inaugural Southeast Willys Jeep Get Together in Mills River, NC. Jeep lover and frequent Jeep show attendee Will Springer was inspired to put this show together after years of traveling all over the country to take part in Jeep events. Talk about commitment. He'd trek up to Pennsylvania, Ohio, and other far-off lands just to be around other jeepers. Today he finally gets to surround himself with the historical Jeeps he loves without having to leave his home state. The event will be showcasing military Jeeps, Willys, CJs, wagons and FCs. With 2016 marking Jeep's 75th Anniversary, Springer thought now was the perfect time to start a tradition in NC. If you're in the area, it's open to the public at 10:00 a.m. at the Grace Arts Center Pavilion in Mills River (495 Cardinal Road, Mills River) and ends at 3:00 p.m. Tickets cost $5 at the gate, and are free for kids under 6 years old.
