All Throttle Down Kustoms Jeep frames are made with 2" x 4" x 3/16" Mandrel bent steel tubing.

The investment in quality mandrel bending equipment is a vital step, and one not to skip over, when building high quality, strong, eye pleasing jeep frames. Throttle Down Kustoms owns and operates all of my Mandrel equipment, which gives me the capability to do all kinds of extreme custom work, and also control the quality of the frame rails being put onto my frames. This is an investment in hundreds of thousand of dollars worth of Mandrel bending equipment and hundreds of hours of training and testing to build the best frames on the market. It's important that I bend the rails in-house because having them pre-bent by a large steel plant does not guarantee any kind of quality.

All of my frames are packed full of cutting edge features. They are assembled in a jig to hold strict tolerances throughout the assembly process. The frames are then welded by a certified welder with years of fabrication and welding experience.

All brackets are precision made with appearance and factory specifications being a top priority. All frames are completely cleaned and prepped before being primed, galvanized or powder coated.
