AEV Bison Fuel Tank Skid Plate for 2015+ Chevrolet Colorado Z71/ZR2

Leaking fuel can quickly leave you completely stranded, and more importantly, it can completely destroy your favorite trails. This is why AEV is proud to offer their Bison Fuel Tank Skid Plate for both gasoline and diesel powered 2015+ Chevrolet Colorado Z71 or ZR2 trucks. Crafted from Hot Stamped Boron Steel, this skid plate is incredibly strong without adding unnecessary weight. It's very resistant to gouging and denting, making it the perfect choice for a skid plate that will regularly be exposed to rocks, branches, and other environmental debris that could otherwise destroy and puncture your exposed fuel tank. AEV designed this skid plate to work in tandem with their Transfer Case Skid Plate [58060007AA] (sold separately). Because of this, installation of the fuel tank skid plate will require the transfer case skid plate. It's standard equipment on Bison Edition Colorados and a direct bolt-on for most Z71 and ZR2 trucks, excluding crew cab with the 6.5' long bed.
