AEV 3" DualSport SC Suspension Lift Kit - 2014-2018 Automatic, Diesel Ram 2500 - 40" Tires

With dozens of unique suspension systems available for your truck, it can be hard to filter out the noise and find a well-rounded setup that will give your ride greater performance off-road, while also improving driver comfort and vehicle handling characteristics on the road and maintaining the factory load carrying capacity. This led AEV to develop their 3" DualSport Suspension System for the 2013-18 Ram 2500/3500. AEV chose to focus on optimizing geometry and custom shock tuning to deliver the best on and off-road performance. This kit retains the factory front coil springs while mating them to 3" cast aluminum coil spring relocation spacers to achieve the additional lift height. This takes advantage of the full range of factory spring rates and frequencies while still providing the necessary front end lift.The factory radius arms are repositioned for optimal geometry, moving the axle forward 1". This provides a more neutral impact response, while also allowing more clearance for larger tires. Included 2" rear coil spring spacers provide the necessary lift height without sacrificing ride quality or load carrying capacity. A billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer is included to accommodate the new front axle positioning. AEV/Bilstein 5100 series shock absorbers are included with all DualSport Suspension Systems, providing you with great ride quality both on and off road. An included ProCal Module lets you correct the speedometer and gear ratio when larger tires are installed. You can also recalibrate your Tire Pressure Monitoring System to avoid that annoying dash light.
