OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ULTIMATE DOUBLE PLAY GIVEAWAY

1.   Sponsor: The Sponsor of The Ultimate Double Play Giveaway is AutoAnything Brands, LLC, 20220 Hempstead Rd, Suite 34, Houston, TX 77065 (the "Sponsor").

2.   Eligibility: The Ultimate Double Play Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://www.morris4x4center.com/astros-double-play-giveaway and are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3.   Agreement to Rules: By entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Sweepstakes. You should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

4.   Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 30, 2022 at 12:00 am PDT and ends on July 15, 2022 at 11:59 am PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5.   How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered using the online Gleam form embedded at https://www.morris4x4center.com/astros-double-play-giveaway. The entry must fulfill all requirements specified in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete, do not provide the information requested, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6.   Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) winner (the "Winner") will win the following prizes:

• Four (4) Club Level Game Tickets and VIP Experience at Minute Maid Park (access to MLB players batting practice and press conference) for the HOUSTON ASTROS V. SEATTLE MARINERS GAME ON JULY 30, 2022 (the “Game”). ARV: $400.00.
• $3,000 in cash transferred to the Winner electronically for travel/accommodation expenses. The Winner is responsible for all travel/accommodation reservations and upfront expenses. ARV: $3,000.00.
• $4,500 worth of auto products from Sponsor-specified brands like Factor 55, Fabtech, Fab Fours, Warn, Oracle Lighting and Bestop. ARV: $4,500.
• (4) Custom Astros x AutoAnything RTIC Cooler Bundles. Each bundle includes (3) RTIC drinkware and (1) RTIC day cooler backpack. ARV: $600.00.
• Sponsor-specified Official Astros Fan Merchandise. ARV: $100.00.
• ARV of all prizes: $8,600

The Winner will be notified on or about July 18, 2022, and must commit by e-mail within [four (4)] days of notification to attend the Game (Houston Astros v. Seattle Mariners game on JULY 30, 2022 in Houston TX)to be eligible to receive the prizes listed above. If the Winner does not attend the Game, then the Winner will be automatically disqualified from receiving any of the prizes. If the Winner lives outside of the metropolitan Houston area, the Winner must confirm the Winner’s specific travel plans to attend the Game (i.e., flight and/or hotel accommodations) within [five (5)] days after notification. Failure to provide the commitment to attend the Game, and if applicable, to provide the travel plans, are grounds for Sponsor to disqualify the Winner, and select another Winner.

A minor going to the Game as a guest of the Winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and marketing on social media and elsewhere without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The prize consists of only those items specifically listed above as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer by the Winner of any component of the prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

ARV of prizes may differ at the time of prize award. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed above as part of the prize. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes payable for receipt of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7.   Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8.   Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes within two (2) days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four (4) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with these Official Rules and any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9.   Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10.   Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select the Winner from eligible entries received before and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.   Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; or (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service.

12.   Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes).

13.   Winners List: To request a copy of the Winner's name, please mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: AutoAnything Brands, LLC, 20220 Hempstead Rd, Suite 34, Houston, TX 77065. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

14.   The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, or LinkedIn.

15.    The Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes (and for when they may be deemed the Winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes.
