Description
These Body Armor GEN III Trail Doors have significantly improved in quality. The door frames are now robotically welded with precision and the frames bends are computer controlled through a CNC mandrel auto-feed machine. The new process insures a consistent fitting door frame. The hinge pins are bolt on and the latch plate is also a bolt on bracket. This allows an added horizontal adjustment feature on the latch location insuring proper alignment with the vehicle striker. Another improvement is the door webbing. The fit of the webbing is improved and has added Velcro loops to secure the ends of the webbing so there is no more flapping. The arm pads are encapsulated in nylon material improving the life of the padding. The material of the webbing itself is also improved with heavy cordura nylon panels for comfort and durability.
