What is a Dual Battery Kit?
A dual battery kit does exactly what it says: It allows your vehicle to equip two batteries. How does this work? When you install a Genesis Offroad dual battery kit, you can simultaneously equip two power cells. Each kit uses a relay to route power from the two batteries: the two positive connections through one and the two negative connections through the other. Most systems will charge the primary battery if its voltage drops below certain levels.
