Ecodiesel Wrangler JL Photos
The good people at Car and Driver procured some images of the new JL in all its glory. Information from the original post states that the next-gen Wrangler is slated for 2022. A hybrid version will follow close behind. Until then it's possible that the 240HP Turbodiesel V6 currently used in the Ram 1500 trucks will be used in the Wrangler. The Toledo, Ohio factory is currently preparing for production of the next-gen Wrangler and pickup model. Have a look at the Wrangler below.

Changes we can expect will make the vehicle lighter. Parts will be traded for Aluminum to lighten the load. Something else we can expect will be solid front and rear axles - no independent front suspension of April Fool's lore. If anything, Jeep contends that the new Ecodiesel Wrangler JL will be even more off-road capable than ever before. The Wrangler has a lot more testing to go through before it's ready to go. We are ready and waiting for the unveiling. Stay tuned for more news on developments with the Wrangler and all Jeep news and products. What's your take on the new Wrangler?
