Rough Country 4" Suspension Lift Kit 57430 for the 4WD Ford F-150 increases ground clearance and levels the front with the rear of the vehicle. The kit includes front lifted knuckles, strut spacers, front and rear crossmembers and rear fabricated lift blocks. Add in two rear Rough Country Premium N3 series shocks for the best performance for both on and off-road use.
